Abstract

The article focuses on the analysis of the situation that could arise assuming the appointment of the members of the Commission by the Chairman of the Health Care Surveillance Authority. The aim is to explain what types of public liability that can be inferred under the current law, come into consideration in relation to the Chairman of 131 the Office. The aim is also to provide possible solutions for altering or abolishing the illegal selection procedure concerning the issue of a license for the operation of emergency.
