Constitutions Protector on the Dark Side of the Force (?)

On January 30 2019 the Force in the Slovak Republic was disrupted. It may not have been as intense as the disruption of the Force after the destruction of the planet Alderaan by the Star of Death, but it was intense enough to provoke fear of the judiciary power. Is it really so, that the Dark Side of the Force, represented by the Sith in the judges’ gowns, has won, or the Protector of the Constitution has merely offset the Force ratio, the disruption that occurred in 2006?
