Possibilities of restriction an extremist political parties in Slovak republic

Abstract

This contribution briefly describes possibilities of restriction of an extremist political parties in Slovak republic in view of actual legislation. Essay is focusing on two main possible ways of state repression via judicial power. In second part of article author offers de lege ferenda drafts to increase the effeciency of state power in this fight against extremistic political subjects.
