Abstract

The content of the submitted text is the public procurement process in Roman law and its stages - in particular publication of contracts in edicts, selection of the contractor by public auction, guarantee principle of the contract performance based on providing guarantees and land advances, form and content of the procurement contract and authority supervision of contract performance, including the consequences of non-performance.
