Abstract

The aim of this paper is not to describe the procedure of psychophysiological examination, but rather to point out its relevance, especially in cases where the person accused of the sexual abuse of children and persons entrusted in the criminal proceedings testify truthfully, in order to prove their innocence and to support their defense claims.
