Legal aspects of temporary protection of an entrepreneur by a court

Abstract

The paper focuses on the analysis of the legal regulation of temporary protection of entrepreneurs by the court incorporated into our legal system by Act no. 62/2020 Coll., which purpose is to mitigate the negative impacts on entrepreneurs cause by the pandemic of the coronavirus COVID-19. The paper points out various problematic aspects and tries to determine possible solutions. The paper deals specifically with procedural issues. It also evaluates the proposed new legal regulation of temporary protection of an entrepreneur by a court.
