Abstract

The paper focuses on the issue of delivery in proceedings on land consolidation de lege lata and de lege ferenda. It analyses the issue in connection with the amendment to the Land Consolidation Act, which was returned to the parliament by the president. It focuses on the comparison of delivery according to the general regulation of administrative proceedings and according to the special regulation in the Land Consolidation Act. Finally, it suggest a possible solution based on the principles of administrative procedure. The proposals reflect the need to expand the range of participants to whom proceedings can be served electronically, the interest in the efficiency of the land consolidation process and the need to comply with the principles of good administration.
