Constitutional basis of public service regulation in the Slovak Republic

Abstract

The paper focuses on the analysis of constitutional regulation in the Slovak Republic with a special focus on the public service. The subject of the analysis is mainly the interpretation of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic in order to identify the constitutional basis, the principles of regulation of the institute of public service in the Slovak Republic.
